Using the Chat Window or Private Message for Swearing, Insult, Slang,
Hate Speech, Discriminatory Language, Obscene or Disturbing Statements.
Mocking with country, region, language, religion, race. Using inappropriate language while communicating with game administrators. Continuously sending the same messages that block the Chat Window of other players.
Threatening, targeting, and intimidating players with real-life statements.
Advertising using information about another game or company.
Using a word prohibited by law. Sharing personal information of yourself or someone else.

B) Using 3rd Party Programs / Macro / Attempting to Modify Game Files
You are responsible for the representation of yourself or your account in the game world. Cheating in any way will result in immediate action on your account.
Unauthorized modifications to the game client ("Launcher" file modifications, etc.), server, or data.
Usage of programs or devices not authorized by NOWA that provide unfair advantages in the game,
obtained through the use of specific mice, keyboards, or other hardware devices.
Even if not intended for advertising, sharing websites containing or advertising 3rd Party Software.
1st Penalty - 3 Days Attack Restriction
2nd Penalty - 7 Days Attack Restriction
3rd Penalty - 15 Days Account Suspension
4th Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
C) Account Sharing or Selling
Except for Character Seal Scroll (CSS), selling, trading, or sharing accounts with in-game Gold, Items, real money, or any other methods is prohibited.
It is prohibited to write "Account for Sale" in the chat in-game.
Temporary account sharing for a specific activity on public platforms (live streaming platforms) is allowed.
If detected;
1st Penalty - 7 Days Account Suspension
2nd Penalty - 15 Days Account Suspension
3rd Penalty - 30 Days Account Suspension
4th Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
D) Payment Fraud (Fraud, Chargeback)
Making payments unauthorizedly with someone else's Credit Card / Bank Card or Transfer from Partnered Sites.
Requesting or receiving a refund from the bank or intermediary institution for payments made by the chargeback method.
Accounts detected by game officials to have committed payment fraud will be penalized.
1st Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
E) Sharing and spreading false information about the game, taking actions that lead to public misdirection with unjust accusations about the game.
Using, spreading, and profiting from information that has not been shared
or confirmed by game officials or through official game channels,
causing confusion, or causing direct or indirect harm to other members.
1st Penalty - 5 Days Account Suspension
2nd Penalty - 14 Days Account Suspension
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
F) Violation of Private Rights
Sharing personal information of players or game administrators. Using real-life information.
Opening a clan/character with a phone number or national ID number. Even if it belongs to you, such uses can result in severe penalties.
1st Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
G) Exploiting Game Bugs or Glitches (Bug Abuse)
Trying to exploit bugs and issues they find while playing the game without reporting them.
Killing creatures or opponents from a place you shouldn't be.
1st Penalty - 5 Days Account Suspension
2nd Penalty - 14 Days Account Suspension
3rd Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
H) Using Inappropriate Character or Clan Names
Impersonating game officials, using names with insulting or swearing content about players or company employees.
1st Penalty - Warning by Game Master (GM)
2nd Penalty - 3 Days Account Suspension if it continues despite the warning
I) Actions aimed at unfairly obtaining gold, war points, items, experience points within the game
Unfair gains made by the specified methods will be completely erased,
and related players may be temporarily or permanently banned from the game.
Users impersonating player, content creator, or shopping channels’ nicknames or names will be permanently banned.
1st Penalty - 7 Days Attack Restriction
2nd Penalty - 15 Days Attack Restriction
3rd Penalty - 30 Days Attack Restriction
J) Events
In-game events such as Monster Raid, Cloudy Temple, not fulfilling the requirements of your character class (not hitting creatures, not using Heal skills, not using DeBuff skills, etc.).
Slowing down progress in events, additionally, intentionally dying to the opposing race in PvP maps like Chaos Zone to give them a score, players found to be forming alliances (collaborating with the opponent) in events and PvP maps;
1st Penalty - 3 Event Restrictions + 1 Day Ban
2nd Penalty - 5 Event Restrictions
3rd Penalty - 7 Days Attack Restriction
4th Penalty - 14 Days Attack Restriction
5th Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
K) Sabotaging Players to Gain PvP / EXP
Deliberately pulling creatures on parties/players in Moradon/Delos maps, EMC/LFC, and Eslant camps aimed at gaining PvP / EXP, trying to make the character die/kill the character, etc.
1st Penalty - 1 Day Attack Restriction
2nd Penalty - 7 Days Attack Restriction
3rd Penalty - 15 Days Attack Restriction
4th Penalty - 30 Days Attack Restriction
L) Use of Global Chat Window
Advertising, trading, politics are prohibited in the Global Chat Window.
1st Penalty - 3 Days Mute Penalty
2nd Penalty - 5 Days Mute Penalty
3rd Penalty - 14 Days Mute Penalty
4th Penalty - Permanent Account Suspension
M) In-Game Transactions Aimed at Scamming/Sabotaging Players
Pricing the same items above market value, for example, the market value of an item is 1,000,000 Coins but putting it on the market for 10,000,000 or 100,000,000 Coins, all misleading market transactions, in-game cheating or sabotaging actions like blocking other players from viewing merchant (market) transactions.
1st Penalty: Being kicked out of the game by the Game Master (Disconnect).
2nd Penalty: 3 days Merchant Ban penalty.
3rd Penalty: 5 days Merchant Ban penalty.
4th Penalty: 14 days Merchant Ban penalty.
5th Penalty: Permanent account ban.
