Today, I will explain how to send a PM (Whisper) to another player in the game.
First, click on the player you want to send a PM to, and then click on the PM button that appears in the top window.
Then, you can send your message from the window that opens.
Additionally, if you check the Block box, that player will no longer be able to send you messages.
