When your War Points are finished, you can purchase War Points from the Clan Management NPC located in the Human and ORC Base areas.
After clicking the NPC, click the "Re-Charge War Point" button.
This action can only be performed when your War Points are at 0, and you can purchase 500 War Points for 1.5 million.
