What is the purpose of locking an item?Firstly, I would like to explain the purpose of the item locking process. When you lock the items you have selected, the locked items cannot be traded, listed on the market, sold to NPCs, or discarded in any way. This makes your character more secure. Therefore, we recommend that you lock your items and never share your lock password with anyone.
How to lock an item?
Firstly, you need to go to the Warhouse NPC to lock your item. You can find the Warhouse NPC on all maps. Below,

After finding the Warhouse NPC, click on it and press the 'Open' button. Then, click on the 'Item Seal/Unseal' option as the second choice.
After clicking on the 'Item Seal/Unseal' option, a screen will appear asking you for your lock password. You need to enter your lock password here. If you have forgotten your lock password or don't know it, you can go to www.NowaOnlineWorld.com, log in to your account, click on the 'My Account'
section, and reset your lock password.
After entering your password, place the item you want to lock in the screen that appears for the locking process. Then, click the 'Confirm' button and finally press the 'OK' button. By following these steps, your item will be locked for a cost of 1,000,000 Coins.
By locking your items in this way, you can increase the security of your character. To unlock your items, you need to repeat the same process. When you repeat the process, the item's lock will be removed.
